MULTIPLEX MINCHU + is a blend of two naturally occurring microbes and their metabolites. One of the active ingredient is Bacillus thruringiensis kurstakii (Btk), a soil borne aerobic, gram positive spore forming and crystalline bacterium causing blood septicaemia through gustatory action. The other active part is Scaccharopolyspora spinosa, a soil borne actinomycetes that kills insect by acting as neuro-toxin. Minchu + is an oil-based suspension concentrate formulation which is readily soluble in water & makes a homogenous suspension. Multiplex Minchu + formulation has better persistence of microbial particles on leaf surface before it gets consumed by insects and leads to high mortality of Fall army worm (Spodoptera frugiperda) of maize and other lepidopteran caterpillar pests of different crops including Vegetables, Furits, Nuts, Vines, Cotton, Oil palm etc.
