Improved crop varieties have resulted in higher production, but the nutritive value of the commodity is not ensured besides, left with toxic residues at the farm level. Hence it is aimed at promoting Eco-friendly sustainable Agriculture through the timely transfer of appropriate location-specific technologies based on the critical needs of the farm situation. Besides Primary Agriculture, Secondary and Speciality agriculture system has also been made practical by the organization BAC by working with FIGs, FPOs, SHGs, JLGs, Unemployed Youth and Processing Industries. Integration of Knowledge, technologies, Social Engineering in a given agroclimatic situation at production and processing level thus becomes essential, while we consider seriously the consumer expectation locally and at the Global level.

Individual focus is made on Agriculture, Horticulture, Sericulture, Silviculture, fodder cultivation, Livestock system, mechanization, processing, value addition, marketing and integration of all above enterprises more effectively for best utilization of available resources is emphasized and supported by BAC with a total solution and Market scope. Contract farming system, Cluster farming, Integrated farm Development, etc., are made to practice with a definite increase in benefit-cost ratio with a vision of developing a healthy community while we are keen on the farm profits. This is achieved by rationalizing technological farm inputs and updating operational mechanism in all Primary, Secondary and Speciality Agriculture as per the outcome of public Institutions and with the input of experienced in-house Scientists. Ultimately Consumers or the Community is benefited leading to satisfaction at all level partners in the system. Group dynamic approaches have helped to complete the Food cycle successfully in the unorganized segment also with the development of leadership qualities among farmers / Agripreneurs to handle the whole system effectively. In the industrial segment, the same can be defined as the Supply chain or Value chain management for the Industries who are involved in the production of Consumers’ lifestyle commodities including textiles.
